About

I work with leaders  of charitable organizations who are navigating fundraising, grants, donor databases, and internal systems. I listen first, then offer practical, non judgmental support grounded in real experience. If I can’t help you I’ll suggest someone who can. Contact me for a no-cost 30 minute discussion.

I'M HERE FOR YOU

A Different Kind of Support

Charity work comes with a lot of responsibility and very little room to think out loud. Decisions pile up. Systems get complicated. Staff changes. Expectations keep growing.

This is where I come in.

I’m here to help you slow things down enough to see what’s happening, what’s getting in the way, and what deserves your attention right now. I focus on what matters, talk things through honestly, and make decisions that feel grounded instead of reactive.

  • I’m often the person leaders turn to when they need to talk something through without being judged or rushed. Someone who understands the context, the pressure, and the realities of charity work. I firmly believe the only dumb question is the one not asked.

You don’t have to come in with perfectly formed questions or a clear plan. I start where you are. I listen, ask the right questions, and help you make sense of what you’re seeing so you can move forward with confidence.

  • At the start of my career I spent 15 years working inside several charitable organizations, while holding a wide range of roles in fundraising, donor relationships, grant development, and donor databases.

Since beginning in 2017,  Mulholland Drive has worked alongside over 25 charities and agencies in areas of animal welfare, health, housing, human services, arts, and international development.

Experience helps me understand how decisions ripple across an organization. I know how systems evolve over time, how well-intentioned processes become complicated, and how quickly teams can become overwhelmed. Its likely I’ve seen your challenge before and can offer more than one solution currently being used by other teams.

  • My role is to listen and advise – no criticism about what’s in place. I'm here to help you by offering alternate perspectives and best practices from other organizations. I find the smartest people can did themselves into the deepest holes. Let me throw you a rope!

I focus on clarity, efficiency, and alignment. Whether we’re talking about grants, fundraising strategy, donor data, or internal processes, the goal is always the same. Discover the bottleneck, and provide a solution to make your organization work efficiently and effectively.

  • Every organization is different. I don’t bring a one size fits all solution or force a specific framework.

Sometimes support looks like hands-on help. Sometimes it’s strategic guidance. Sometimes its training your staff for you. Or it’s simply having a trusted sounding board as you navigate decisions.

I adapt my work to what you and your organization need, when you need it.

Experience That Comes From Inside Charitable Organizations
